Allan Miller

Allan Miller has over 20 years experience developing software systems. He has provided consulting services including programming, systems architecture, design, technical training, and software technology consulting to clients both nationally and internationally, including companies such as Apple Computer, Wells Fargo Bank, Amdahl Computers, and Blue Cross.
Allan is also a highly respected seminar leader and technical presenter. He has taught computer science and software engineering at the University of San Francisco, Mills College, and Golden Gate University, and holds advanced degrees in both economics and computer science.
Rocky Laber

Rocky Laber draws from a background of illustration and design, merged with over a decade of internet development. A specialist in UI design and multimedia, projects to his credit include interactive pieces for Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Genentech, Hyperion and Citrix.
A specialist in vector-based illustration, his traditional and digital work has been featured in advertisements, brochures, websites and catalogs in the apparel, finance, healthcare and music industries.
Rocky studied illustration and fine art at CCAC, having taken part in one of their initial computer graphics offerings in 1982. After completion of his studies, he worked in the graphic arts field in the years prior to the desktop publishing revolution. He bought his first Macintosh SE in 1987 and develops on both Mac and Windows platforms.
DSD Interactive was an early adopter of the widely acclaimed Ruby on Rails development framework, and we are very active members of the Rails development community.
We use Ruby on Rails on most of our current development projects.
