The CEE facilitates school improvement by providing data-driven tools and services used by school leaders to inform and support systemic, sustainable change in schools. Their mission is to bring the best organizational development practices from the corporate and academic worlds to professional educators.

DSD and Xcelle have worked together to make the functionality of Xcelle's Interactive Professional Development (IPD) tool available to the educational field.
